1. The Basics To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached.
• Free of any scents, makeup stains, or pet hair.
• In their original packaging.
We offer Free Exchanges for the same item in a different size
• Simply visit our [Returns Portal], select your new size, and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.
Refund will only accepted if there’s a issue with the product itself
• Return for Refund: shipping fee shall be charged if there r 2 or more returns taken place.
